Calendar

Open to those who have attended an Intro session. The day is from 10am-5pm.

Retreat days are an opportunity for you to deepen your practice, spending the day following a schedule of meditation, working meditation, formal meal and Dharma class. Please book at least one week in advance.

Please arrive form Meditaion at 10am, followed by the Festival. Tea and class at the end of the ceremony, ending at 12.00-12.30
